Es un proyecto de renovación que se llevó acabo en un espacio diseñado y construido por Gomez Arzapalo Arquitectos y que sirvió como oficina y taller para nuestro despacho. La renovación no solo respeta los elementos espaciales característicos del espacio original, así como su fachada, sino que los enfatiza y acentúa gracias a la depuración del espacio. La esencia del proyecto consistió en eliminar todo elemento innecesario para crear las condiciones favorables para resaltar las características originales.

Is a renovation project that was carried out in a space originally designed and built by Gomez Arzapalo Arquitectos and that served as office space and workshop for our firm. The renovation not only fully respects the characteristic spatial elements of the original space, as well as its façade, but it also highlights and accentuates them thanks to the space's simplification. The essence of the project was to eliminate all unnecessary elements and create the favorable conditions for the original features to be enhanced.
